1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Dokudok mobile application ("App") provided by Dokudok Software GmbH ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dokudok is a document scanning and management application that allows users to capture, organise, and store documents on their devices and in the cloud. Features may include OCR text recognition, folder management, and secure document export.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to scan, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App - including the software, design, and brand assets - remain the exclusive property of Dokudok Software GmbH. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal or internal business purposes.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dokudok Software GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
